删除生成参考图 shiroko-cutout.png，文档改为「参考图不入库」

- docs/theme-shiroko.md 三处引用不再指向具体文件（它只是 image-to-image 的 image1，从不进 embed） - 顺手修过时说明：--tb-deco 是 10 个槽位，不是 6 个

+用户确认一并删。`docs/theme-shiroko.md` 三处引用改成「参考图不入库」（不再指向具体文件路径）；
+顺手修了同页一处过时说法：**「--tb-deco 保持 6 个值」→ 10 个**（槽位早就扩到 10，漏改会让人以为写 6 个就够）。
+删除后 embed 无影响（`static/fs.go` 只嵌 `images/themes`，这个文件本来就不参与打包）。
